Life As Imagined Weight Loss Protocol

There are four phases in the Life As Imagined Weight Loss Protocol.  You will enjoy 4 intakes of food a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack.  Three of your meals will feature a delicious and nutritious Life As Imagined, protein-based, partial meal replacement food.  These are delicious, nutritious, easy to prepare, and can accommodate most any lifestyle.  Additionally, you provide 1 protein source of your own (typically for lunch of dinner), along with a total of 4 cups of fresh vegetables and salad.  During all four Phases you will follow the simple protocol, while receiving one-on-one coaching teaching you how your body gains weight, how to safely and efficiently lose weight, and what you should be eating in order to maintain life-balance:

Phase I   -  Lose all target weight (primarily from fat), and improve functional wellness

Phase II  -  2-week transition period during which you will add more whole foods and calories

Phase III -  2-week stabilization period during which you will add healthy carbohydrates and fats

Phase IV -  12-month phased maintenance during which you will transition to life-ever-after
